Booking Policy
 
• Advance Bookings: Customers can book our spa facilities up to six months in advance, allowing you to plan your relaxation and wellness experience well ahead.
• Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed with full payment at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
• 72-Hour Cancellation Window: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking time.
• Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. This policy allows us to maintain availability and ensure fair scheduling for all clients.
 
Refund Policy
 
• Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• No Refunds for No-Shows: If you do not attend your booking and fail to cancel within the 72-hour window, we are unable to provide a refund.
 
Modifications
 
• Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate any date or time changes for your booking, provided that the request is made at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
